Job Description:
• Coordinates, arranges and supervises or provides for the completion of corrective and preventive maintenance of cooling tower, compressor, hot water generator, water distribution pumps in accordance with company operating procedures practices and financial considerations
• Schedules, coordinates and provides filed supervision of staff involved in repair and maintenance activities and meter replacements and installations and utilities customer services
• Direct workers in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic and utility systems maintenance and repair machinery and equipment
• Develops preventative maintenance procedures that are cost effective and increase the operational life of the equipment
• Expertise in HVAC including chiller operations and maintenance, boiler including waste heat recovery and RO processing.
Skills:
• Good Communication Verbal & Written
• MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP
