Job Description:
- Senior Manager Maintenance shall prepare the annual Preventive schedule.
- Establish team from available resources/man power for daily maintenance and Annual preventive maintenance activities.
- In coordination with concerned department identifies new instrument and devices requiring planned maintenance.
- Closely monitor daily work orders and job status.
- Manage spares and other items consumption in area.
- Guide his team, in diagnosis of faults and solution of problem.
- Explore and assess the need of local development of critical parts, revision of inventory level. Further verify the sketches, dimensions and specification of components/spares required.
- To suggest means for the improvement of plant operation.
- To carry out any special task assigned by management.
