We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and oversee the CandyLand Division’s sales operations in the Lahore region. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and driving operational efficiency in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate regional objectives clearly to the team, breaking them down into actionable goals at the area level.
- Drive regional sales efforts to achieve targets, KPIs, and business-building activities, ensuring consistent team performance.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, manage performance, and address skill gaps through targeted training opportunities.
- Contribute towards attaining operational effectiveness & efficiency of Distributors in the Region and assist in managing the relationships with Priority Accounts, Retail & Distributors.
- Align business and people development strategies with national sales goals and organizational objectives.
- Ensure that all the trade programs for priority accounts & wholesale are effectively managed through the Regional Field Sales Force, Identify and negotiate with the high potential Regional Accounts
- Prepare and justify the regional budget for trade and promotional activities, ensuring efficient execution.
- Oversee timely preparation & submission of all documents such as Distributors claims Sales tracking sheets to support smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record in managing sales teams.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
- MBA from a reputable institution.
- Experience in the confectionery sector is a plus.
