Job Description:
- Execution of production plan against production plan/orders.
- Achievement of department GOAL (i.e. Maintain quality standards, defect free products, On Time Deliveries while complying with FSSC system and company rules).
- Prepare and Implement resource utilization plan and monitor the achievements of daily & weekly production plan.
- Manage all relevant inputs (Manpower, Machine and Material) to ensure quality production outputs and on time production targets are achieved.
- Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and share of suggestion.
- Organize, implement and maintain production process flow as per approved Production Flow.
- Investigate quality & operational problems affecting product quality, production and reporting/ recommending solutions.
- Ensure that the work instructions, GHP, GMP, Food Quality standards are implemented in the department.
- Ensure Food quality standard, protocols and documents are being implemented at all levels. (I.e. Drawings, Flow Charts, Work Instructions, and Process Procedures etc. For safe & quality product manufacturing.
- Ensure achievement of following KPI’s of the Department.
