We are looking for an Deputy Manager Quality Assurance to join our Production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the testing of resin, utility, water treatment and raw material
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures
- Supervise daily QC lab operations and ensure timely and accurate testing
- Assist in maintaining and updating all ISO, FSSC and other relevant records
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Identify areas of improvement in QC processes.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring corrective actions to improve product quality
- Propose and support modifications to enhance QC operations
- Ensure safety procedures are followed in the lab
- Maintain compliance with the environmental regulations and safety standards
- Assist in keeping records of and conducting trainings with respect to the skill matrix of the team
- Support the development and implantation of training programs for QC staff
- Work closely with other departments to ensure product quality
- Report to the QC Manager on QC activities and issues
- Perform any other task assigned by the QCM
