PROGRAM COORDINATOR STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Iqra University is looking for candidates for the position of “Program Coordinator – Student Support Services”. We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
PURPOSE: The role will be responsible for coordinating programs, activities, and services to improve the student experience, create a supportive campus environment, and ensure the smooth operation and delivery of student services.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to enhance and improve student services.
- Coordinate with academic advisors and counselors to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Submit daily class progress reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Ensure that class schedules, rescheduling, and make-up class information are promptly communicated to students.
- Assist students, parents, and visitors in navigating the university’s services.
- Help resolve student conflicts and issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain regular communication with students, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Guide both new and current students through program registration.
- Track and follow up with prospective students from their initial inquiry to program registration.
- Serve as a backup point of contact and liaison between students, faculty, counselors, and parents.
- Ensure faculty are provided with attendance sheets, to be submitted for each class.
