Inverex Solar Energy is looking for energetic and detail-oriented HR Officers to support our growing teams in Karachi and Islamabad.
Available Positions:
HR Officer – Karachi (1 Position)
HR Officer – Islamabad (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to conducting initial screenings and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance and leave management.
Support the implementation of performance management systems and KPIs.
Handle employee relations and coordinate internal office administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Education: BBA or MBA in Human Resources.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of local labor laws, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent verbal/written communication.
