Inverex Solar Energy is for Brand Manager – Operations and Trade Marketing at its Head Office in Karachi.
Job Description: As the Assistant Brand Manager for Operations and Trade Marketing at Inverex Solar Energy, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence and driving business growth through effective operational and trade marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives and optimize trade channels for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
· Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
· Trade Marketing Planning: Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns and activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through various trade channels.
· Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, negotiate contracts, and oversee joint marketing initiatives to maximize mutual benefits.
· Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by developing trade marketing materials, including POS displays, sales collateral, and promotional items.
· Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
· Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and operations teams, to align trade marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
· Compliance: Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with external partners.
Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of solar energy industry trends and technologies is a plus.
