Inverex Solar Energy is looking for Battery Management System (BMS) Engineers for its head Office Karachi.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with teams to define BMS requirements.
· Designing hardware and software components.
· Integrating BMS with battery packs and power electronics.
· Developing real-time monitoring algorithms.
· Creating control strategies for battery optimization.
· Implementing fail-safe mechanisms to prevent hazards.
· Analyzing data to identify performance issues.
· Developing diagnostic algorithms and predictive models.
· Conducting root cause analysis for issues.
· Planning and executing testing procedures.
· Assessing BMS functionality under various conditions.
· Documenting findings and providing recommendations.
· Preparing technical documentation.
· Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in battery management system design, development, and testing, preferably with lithium-ion battery technologies.
· Proficiency in battery modeling, control theory, embedded systems programming, and data analysis tools.
· Familiarity with battery chemistries, cell balancing techniques, and safety standards for battery systems.
· Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
