JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze current production methods and processes for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the production output meets the established standards of quality.
- Assist in developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
- Manage projects from conceptualization to completion, including budgeting and timeline management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff.
- Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
