🔍 IPAK is Hiring: Assistant Manager – Power Plant 🔍
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to the Technical Manager & Manager Power Plant.
- Support Shift In-charges in performing their duties.
- Execute instructions from the Manager as per operational and maintenance planning.
- Ensure smooth operation of the power plant and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Manage spare parts inventory for all power plant equipment.
- Prepare daily and monthly fuel oil consumption and energy generation reports.
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance per manufacturers’ recommendations.
- Manage manpower for the Power Plant department.
- Ensure stock levels of fuel oil, lubricants, and chemicals.
- Handle any additional assignments as instructed by the Manager.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience in the power sector.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Gas engines (Caterpillar H Series), electrical systems, heat recovery, absorption chillers, and solar systems.
- Expertise in energy generation calculations and power plant operations.
