𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐬 𝐋𝐭𝐝 (𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐊) is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of “𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿” to be based in 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶 who will be responsible to process payments in all entities, track and monitor aging report for all entities.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external communication regarding payment status and updates.
- Process collection letter then uploader in the SAP system and knock all payments in SAP after posting been done by Finance ensuring they accurately reflect customer ledgers.
- Track and monitor all export invoices from PSW for the aging in all entities.
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation for all invoices and tracking details.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to banking, including addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Follow up with bank for all LC’s acceptances/discrepancies and make proper record for Annexure A. Collection of PDC’s from customers.
- Prepare regular reports on payment status and share it with related department.
- Communicate with all banks for export issues and also operationalize new banks for export proceedings.
- Prepare updated customer SOA as per customer requirement for GCC countries.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Qualification: M. Com/BBA/MBA
- Experience: 1 – 3 Years’ experience as Export Banking Coordinator
- Hands-on Experience of SAP S4 Hana will be preferred
