International Packaging Films Limited is seeking an experienced 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to join our dynamic team in the 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and implement tax strategies: Formulate effective tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize tax savings opportunities within the packaging industry.
- Ensure tax compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. This includes timely preparation and submission of all tax returns, statements, and related documentation.
- Conduct tax research and analysis: Stay updated with the latest tax laws, regulations, and rulings that impact the packaging industry. Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of tax issues to provide accurate advice and guidance to management.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for tax authorities and external auditors during tax audits, inquiries, and examinations. Coordinate and facilitate all necessary documentation and information to ensure a smooth and successful resolution.
- Develop and maintain internal controls: Establish robust internal controls and procedures to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance. Implement measures to mitigate tax risks and ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to provide tax-related guidance and support. Collaborate on business initiatives to ensure tax considerations are properly addressed and integrated.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐀/𝐀𝐂𝐀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐞.𝐠., 𝐂𝐏𝐀) 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝.
- Proven experience of 10+ years working in tax compliance and strategy, preferably within the packaging industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles, particularly those relevant to the packaging industry.
