Organization: International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK)
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking candidates for the position of “𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗧” to be based in Lahore. The position will be responsible for managing and supporting IT systems, infrastructure, and technical operations, including system maintenance, user support, and documentation management. The role ensures system reliability, data security, timely issue resolution, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Installing, configuration and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues.
• Provide 2nd & 3rd level support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the QSAN and manage user’s data sharing and user Backup via Veeam for backups.
• Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist to the Manager IT with DNS/DHCP and Domain Controller Support.
• Manage ESXi Server and their commute under Manager’s supervision.
• Perform regular surveillance system update.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, PO.
• Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors for the purchase, repair and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
• PR /IR Creation using SAP.
• Manage Active Directory User Management and Group policies.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system maintenance, or technical operations.
• Good Communication.
