𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 (𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐊) is seeking for “𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫” for 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐡𝐮𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚 Plant:
Candidates having strong grip on the following areas are encouraged to apply:
· Preparation of Manual and procedures for ensuring compliances as per ISO 9001, OHSAS 1800, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and BRC Standards.
· To ensure the implementation of ISCC Plus requirements.
· Responsible for control, distribution and making approved changes in all of Management System related documents.
· Coordination in identifying the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organization.
· Coordination in determining the criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective.
· Measurement and monitoring of processes and identifying needs of improvement and its modification for streamlining and building customer requirements into the processes.
· Coordination in implementing actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement, which includes objectives, preventive actions, corrective actions, internal audits.
· Interact with the department heads/leads to understand the existing process.
. Coordinate with the personnel in the relevant departments for development of detailed procedures and initiates actions to implement the same.
· Implementing and maintain the Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Food Safety Policies.
· Ensuring that objectives are established.
· Coordinating for the availability of resources for QMS, Health & Safety, Environment and Food Safety Management Systems.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Qualification: BS (Environmental Engineering) for PEC Recognized University
Experience: 2-3 Years’ experience in the relevant field
