International Packaging Films Limited is seeking qualified Internal Auditor for the position of 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁/𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 to be based in Lahore. Primary responsibilities of the position will include but not limit to:

1. Oversee the annual risk assessment and planning process for the internal audit function, creating a risk-based audit plan that aligns with the organization’s risk profile.
2. Co-lead Audit Committee (AC) meetings with the Head of Audit, facilitating meaningful discussions and supporting strategic decision-making.
3. Deliver internal audit reports that are clear, actionable, and provide practical recommendations to add value for management.
4. Conduct consulting assignments alongside assurance engagements, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
5. Establish and maintain a process to track, follow up on, and resolve all outstanding audit issues, involving the Audit Committee when necessary.
6. Work with various departments to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
7. Assess and validate the effectiveness of internal controls, providing recommendations for improvement where needed.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: ACCA Qualified/CA Finalist
  Pursuant to CIA (Certified Internal Auditing)
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 6-9 Years of relevant experience preferably in Manufacturing Sector
• Understanding & execution of annual risk assessment and development of internal audit plan
• Articles/Previous employment with Big 4 Accounting Firms will be given preference.
• Proficient report writing and presentation skills
• Having hands-on experience in SAP will be additive advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Support in installing, assembling, and aligning AC equipment and duct systems.
• Participate in routine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance tasks for HVAC units.
• Learn and assist in diagnosing technical faults in air conditioning systems and suggesting effective solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of activities and provide assistance to senior technicians as required.
• Comply with safety regulations and company standards during all HVAC-related tasks.
• Be willing to undergo on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge in modern HVAC technologies and systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in HVAC or Refrigeration Technology, or equivalent technical education.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industrial environment.
