International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿” for its Office in Karachi. Prime responsibilities of the position include:
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and ensure timely payments through 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with withholding tax regulations.
- Manage and reconcile vendor advances and ensure proper settlement.
- Handle vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to accounts payable.
- Possess knowledge of export documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Finance or Equivalent Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years in accounts department
- Knowledge of SAP
