Position: Sr. Officer Back Process
Required Experience: Must have at least 04-06 Years of relevant experience.
Location: Spinning Division – Plant 02
Required Qualification: B.Sc Textile Engineering from an HEC recognized institute.
Other Details: The position performs inspection of back process machines; Monitors process of contamination elimination. These activities are carried out WITH the objective to reduce production loss & production waste up to the least possible level WITHIN the limits of quality requirements, management guidelines and the Company policy & procedure. Must have Good understanding of textile industry and its production operations. Main Responsibilities; 1. Production Planning for synthetic fibers. 2. Starting & ending of synthetic fiber production. 3. Record keeping of synthetic fiber production. 4. Minimizing the production loss during the fiber production. 5. Avoiding the fiber mixing on different stages. 6. Strong liaison with other contributors in changing.
Position: Manager Projects
Required Experience: Must have 7-10 years of hands on experience inclusive of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in Project.
Location: Plant 03 – Lahore
Required Qualification: Must have B.Sc Mechanical Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognized institute.
Other Details: This position Manages and ensures development of project plans timely; Coordinates with stakeholders to gather pre requisites data for project planning; Coordinate with Architecture & Structural Engineer to get timely design for Civil infrastructure; Prepares Civil Work scope of projects; Allocates resources according to the project Plan; Monitors planning activities carried out by subordinates. Main Responsibilities Include; a. Design & Drawings of MEP & Civil for projects. b. Tenders and CS c. Contract Negotiations & Documentation. d. LEED Understanding e. Civil Work & MEP works supervisions. f. Civil & MEP Bills checking/verification.
Position: AM Projects
Required Experience: Must have 03-06 Years of relevant experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing/construction concern.
Location: Plant 03 – Lahore
Required Qualification: Must have B.Sc Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognized institute.
Other Details: Good understanding of Engineering, Construction and Vendors management in a medium to large scale manufacturing concern Knowledge. Sound Knowledge of Project management best practices, good Knowledge of RCC (strength and standards) ; sound knowledge of construction materials, sound knowledge of compaction test, other tests performed at site and basic knowledge of Auto cad. Main Responsibilities; 1. Design & Drawing of MEP 2. Tenders & CS 3. Contract Negoatiations 4. MEP Work Supervision 5. Bills Checking & Verification.
Position: Draftsman – Mechanical & Civil
Required Experience: Must have 6 to 8 years experience of Layout preparation of industrial projects experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing concern.
Location: Plant 03 – Lahore
Required Qualification: Intermediate & D.A.E preferably in mechanical/Civil from reputed institute.
Other Details: This position facilitates the internal stakeholders by drawing the plant layout; Draws the building maps, Prepares the piping plot plans, Draws fabrication, installation, maintenance drawings; Maintains and update record of plant layout. These activities are carried out with the objective of 100% accuracy in planning before work within the guidelines provided by management directives. Sound Knowledge of layout planning and drawing; Knowledge of piping & instrumental drawings, fabrication and isometric drawing; Good knowledge of process flow diagram; Good Knowledge of cable trench, cable tray and routing; Sound Knowledge of Auto-Cad software and relevant software’s.
Position: Foreman Grid Station
Required Experience: Must have at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Location: Energy Division – Faisalabad
Required Qualification: Must be DAE Electrical from any reputed institute.
Other Details : This position will look after and manages all matters pertaining to Grid station. Main Responsibilities; 1. Ensure smooth operation of grid station. 2. Manages all the troubleshooting activities along with inspection of internal & external overhead feeders. 3. Prepare reporting and log sheets including electricity bills, Monthly energy bills, Grid/Feeder tripping data etc. 4. Annual calibration of measuring equipment such as switch gear, energy meters/power analyzers, ODT of power transformers. 5. Followups on requisition, payments, purchase orders and maintain record such as mover orders , budget etc. 6. Prepration and procurement of BOQ, when ever needed. 7. Critical issues regarding worker staff, complaints, and new adjustments. 8. Assist and perform any additional task given by Sectional Head/Head of Department.
Position: Deputy Manager Boiler
Required Experience: Must have 15 years of relevant experience with 7 years as 1st class boiler Engineer & 5 years as independent 1st class boiler Engineer.
Location: Energy Division – Faisalabad
Required Qualification: Must be DAE Mechanical/FSC + 1st Class Boiler Engineer (with competency certificate) from any recognized/reputed institute.
Other Details: Must have Sound understanding of Boiler & RO Plant. Can perform operations and maintenance of boilers (Biomass & Dual Fuel) and RO plant ensuring uninterrupted supply of steam and RO water to operations. Main Responsibilities; Operations & maintenance along with troubleshooting of medium size (30-50TPH) Boilers and RO Plant for smooth operation. Adhere to boiler Act & Pakistan Boiler Rules for compliance of Boiler operational health at rated pressure. Prepares and ensure preventive maintenance schedule for all boilers & RO Plant. Ensures compliance with Company EHS policies and practices with in the department. Boiler related project management including budget making, BOQ Preparation, and efficient sourcing of required material. – Fundamental knowledge of boiler parts, RO Plant, Steam line parts, flow meters and steam traps.
