Job Description & Requirements:
· scrum framework values and agile practices
· mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes.
· identify risk/blockers and resolve them.
· Plan sprint goals and increments
· plan backlog grooming sessions
· work with the product owner and project manager
· Jira & Confluence (must)
· Guide development teams to get higher scrum maturity
· estimation techniques
· user story creation
· must understand the definition of “done”
· must have proper knowledge of team velocity and capacity, goal-oriented and can-do ownership attitude
