- Lead and manage plant staff and department managers.
- Collaborate with other heads of departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and optimize production scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain good communication with the higher management team.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with higher management to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the factory.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of equipment.
- Ensure efficient inventory management.

- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety regulations.
- To be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the production activities.
- To formulate process work instructions and recipes and ensure their production adherence.
- To maintain proper hygiene and housekeeping in all production areas.
- To take necessary corrective and preventive actions to rectify process / product non-conformities.
- To prepare the Quality Plans related to the products in consultation with Manager Quality Assurance.
- To be responsible for conducting the training of all personnel in Production Department.
- To be responsible for continuous monitoring and achievements of objectives in Production Department.
- To minimize wastage and rework while meeting daily production targets.
