Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation/Business Studies or related/Fresh.
- Salary range up to 30k , with commission on deal closed.
- On Job training is provided.
Job Objective:
-Act as a Sales & Marketing Representative, you have to deal with clients based on given lead to you by line manager.
-You have to call on given leads and explain about our on going Residential & Commercial Projects in details.
-You have to send Project Details in a proper manner via WhatsApp – Email and through Social Media Platforms.
-You have to Often Visit on Site if your client / investor required to visit.
-You have to update client database.
-You have to keep strongly follow up for your leads and get the results by closing deals successfully.
-Negotiation, Communication Skills, meet & greet with your clients or investors and develop their interest to invest in our projects.
-Mid level —- Microsoft Word Excel
