Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support and resolve IT queries within timelines
- Troubleshoot, install, and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Install, update, and maintain MS Office, email clients, and business applications
- Resolve LAN/WLAN/WAN connectivity issues and escalate complex cases
- Manage user accounts, email access, and permissions in Active Directory
- Track, update, and maintain IT asset inventory
- Ensure compliance with IT security and support policies
