POSITION Assistant Manager – Civil
QUALIFICATION B.E/B.Tech/D.A.E
EXPERIENCE 7 to 8 years of experience in repairing and maintenance of Residential bungalows and expertise in Architectural finishes.
JOB ROLE BRIEFLY Site supervision for architectural finishes as per requirement, primarily for residential bungalows and also ensuring the premium quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist the Manager in overseeing civil engineering projects and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Must be an expert supervisor of architectural finishing works for bungalows.
• Build strong coordination and seek out new solutions to resolve site issues through calling, networking, and market research.
• Plan and execute site activities effectively, especially those related to residential bungalows.
• Must be able to read and create 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations in AutoCAD.
• Must be able to manage site activities at Indigo Textiles or outdoors as per the manager’s instructions.
• Must be able to lead site Labors.
