Position: Floor Manager – Non Food
Location: Bahawalpur
Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.
-5 to 8 years’ experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of non-food categories( Baby Care / New Born, Health & Beauty, Household, Fashion Goods & Accessories, Textile & Hosiery, Electronics & Multimedia).
Responsibilities:
•Plan, monitor, controls, and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage level.
•Specialized Product Knowledge of Non-Food related product line.
•Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
•Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
