POSITION
FLOOR MANAGER – NON FOOD
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.
- 5 to 8 years’ experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of Non-food categories (Baby Care / New Born, Health & Beauty, Household, Fashion Goods & Accessories, Textile & Hosiery, Electronics & Multimedia). Â
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, monitor, controls, and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins of Non Food related product line. Â
- Specialized Product Knowledge of Non Food related product line.
- Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
- Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays. Â
