Imtiaz Super Market Jobs Desktop Support Engineer:
We are looking for candidates for the position of Desktop Support Engineer for our different stores at Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Requirements:
- Should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/computer science with minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
