POSITION TITLE: Associate Manager – Supply Chain Operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA – SCM from a reputable university.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supply chain activities planning, developing supply chain plans to support program implementation and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supply chain planning includes: procurement plans, warehousing plans, transport plans, staffing plans, distribution plans, and training plans.
- Ensure plans are developed for all tasks in collaboration with Warehouse Managers.
- Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
- Create performance reports for management to review.
- Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
- Ensure supply chain staff training and capacity building plans are developed and incorporated into the budgets.
- Ensure that all supply chain team is aware about roles and responsibilities.
- Any other task as assigned by the manager.
