Imtiaz is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented “Accounts Officer (Cashier)” with hands-on experience in cash handling and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and maintaining proper financial records.
📍 Location: Islamabad & Rawalpindi
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
💼 Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in cash handling, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of cash management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Good numerical, problem-solving and communication skills.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions, including receipts, payments, and deposits.
- Ensure accurate cash counts and maintain cash balance at all times.
- Reconcile cash registers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare daily cash reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts team for recording and reporting of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Manage POS transactions and support front-end operations when required.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary cash records and reports.
