WE ARE HIRING Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue from room bookings, restaurant services, banquet and other events.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
- Collaborate with the ‘Hotel Manager’ and the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Experience:
- 6 (six) years of experience in the Sales department of a renowned organisation(s) in the hospitality industry, including some experience in a managerial role.
Location:
- Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
