Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute high-performance ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive website traffic and bookings.
- Analyze and Optimize campaign performance with a focus on ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
- Leverage Data to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Experiment & Innovate with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Stay Ahead of trends in digital marketing, particularly in travel and hospitality.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing. Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms
