WE ARE HIRING: LEBANESE CHEF
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic Lebanese dishes including mezze, grills, shawarma, and traditional specialties.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational standards.
- Support menu development and innovation while preserving authentic flavors.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lebanese Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
