Banquet Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and social groups. Generate banquet sales through prospecting, networking, and client referrals. Create customized banquet packages to meet clients’ needs and budgets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Manage contracts, proposals, and negotiations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications: Graduation degree and certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field will be preferred.
Experience: 3-5 Proven experience in banquet sales, catering, or hospitality sales, Strong negotiation and customer service skills, Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
