Qualification:
- B.Sc Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience working as a Boiler Engineer. Business Development experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and commission new boilers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions or breakdowns in boiler systems, such as leaks, faulty valves, or pressure irregularities.
- Test boiler safety devices such as pressure switches and relief valves.
- Monitor and adjust boiler controls, fuel consumption, and water levels to optimize efficiency and minimize energy wastage.
Only candidates with stated qualification and experience shall be considered.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial boiler systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting boiler malfunctions.
- Familiarity with boiler safety regulations and standards, such as ASME, NBBI and OSHA.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
