Job Overview

Key Accountabilities
- Process new business cases accurately and on time, supporting underwriting TAT and ensuring smooth workflow
- Handle post-sales service requests, including surrender, cancellation, and refund processing with proper documentation and coordination with Finance
- Maintain audit-ready HR records for sales staff through accurate documentation and verification
- Manage inventory by validating allotments, ensuring accurate regional distribution, and maintaining updated trackers
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) with 1-3 years of Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
