IDEAS is seeking for a Deputy Manager Performance and OD based at Karachi.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience of; performing job analysis; objective setting and KPIs development; independent execution of full appraisal cycle; succession planning; aligning organization and departmental structures as per business requirement.

Required Education:

Must be Masters degree holder from any reputable institution preferably in the field of HR or Organization Psychology.

Required Experience:

4-5 years of core performance management and OD experience with atleast two full appraisal cycle execution experience is mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have excellent negotiation skills.
• Must be proficient with MS Excel and MS Power Point presentations and MS Visio.
