Position:
- Biomedical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment including X-ray, ultrasound, OPG, DEXA, and Mammography machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning according to manufacturer specifications.
- Install new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
- Conduct regular quality assurance tests and inspections on medical devices.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to medical and technical staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in biomedical engineering and apply best practices.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a diagnostic or healthcare setting.

- Ultrasound Service & Application Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PPM): Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Application Support: Assist clinicians and technicians in resolving application-related concerns and optimizing ultrasound system usage.
- Software & Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical issues related to ultrasound system software and hardware components.
- PACS & Network Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) networks, DICOM connectivity, and system integration.
- Customer Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical assistance.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain service reports, compliance records, and technical documentation.
Qualification & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with GE, Canon, and Siemens ultrasound machines.
- IT & Networking Skills: Strong knowledge of PACS, DICOM, and hospital network configurations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with medical professionals and technical teams.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to visit customer sites as needed.
