ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Shift Manager Services for its Production Department based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of Behavior Based Safety culture in line with ICI Pakistan HSE&S standards and ensure zero Loss Time Injury/ Restricted Work Injury/ Medical Injury for teams working in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure effective utilization of all utilities (Cooling towers, Air compressors, Effluent Treatment, Water treatment, Gas/Steam turbine and HFO Engines) to support achievement of production and efficiency targets by supplying total power.
- Initiate corrective actions with support of Plant Manager to minimise production loss and other adverse effects on product quality.
- Ensure safe handling of boiler wastes including Flue Gases, Fly Ash, Bottom Ash and other industrial wastes through Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) testing as per required National Environmental Quality and HSE&S standards.
- Ensure all applicable statutory requirements are fulfilled including boiler inspection, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), as required under law.
- Plan capital and operational expenditures (Capex and Opex), give feedback on energy budgeting and ensure monthly monitoring of it.
- Develop programs for job coaching, behavior improvement and skill development of management and non-management staff for professional growth within the organization.
