ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring a Sales Manager for the Masterbatches segment of its Chemicals business based in Lahore. We are looking for someone with experience in the plastics and packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for achieving segment sales targets for the entire region in line with the overall business strategy.
· Ensure the team’s compliance with the Company’s HSE/Ethics policy, especially with regards to Product Stewardship and Road Safety.
· Effective implementation of the marketing strategy in liaison with the market research team for maximum mileage and sales impact.
· Continue to improve people capability to deliver business objectives and enhance their engagement level. Inculcate a culture that encourages trust and respect.
· Addition of new customers to the sales funnel universe in liaison with market research team.
· Continue to add to the product portfolio by providing a pipeline of products based on customer requirements in terms of shade matching and bespoke new product developments.
· Conduct product/market surveys identifying gaps in the market and devise a strategy accordingly.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
