Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing customer application services & technical support to resolve product-application related issues
• Accountable for the development of emulsifiers/auxiliaries of crop business commercialisation plans to ensure business profitability and growth
• Responsible for providing extensive support to the QC and Supply Chain functions when faced with unplanned problems and/or when new products are manufactured and commercialised
• Draft and evaluate technical proposals for all customers keeping in view their process conditions, requirements and objectives
• Conduct technical training and prepare presentations for customers, sales and service team regarding existing and new products, emerging technologies and case studies
