Chargeback Analyst
Location: Lahore
Education: BSCS
Candidates must be willing to work according to US timings (night shift)
Job Description
-Research and understand latest chargebacks related rules and regulations
-Perform in-depth dispute analysis and research
-Take effective and timely decisions on suspicious activities and report cases
-File disputes with networks (Master, VISA etc.)
-Report fraudulent activities to networks (MasterCard, VISA, etc.)
-Client training(s)
-Evaluate current processes and policies; recommend improvements
-Work in day and night shifts to ensure 24/7 operations
Skills
-Knowledge of MC, VISA and DISCOVER network rules will be a plus
-Prior experience in the banking industry would be a plus
