Project Coordinator – IT OPS
Location: Lahore
Education: CS degree with drive for resource and project management
Candidates must be willing to work according to US timings (night shift)
Job Description
-Due to increase in workload, we need Project Coordinators for Product Support and Chargeback teams to oversee all types of projects from simple activities to more complex plans for both teams.
-To ensure the implementation of all training programs and NHDP of new hires in Product Support.
-To conduct internal departmental meetings like RPC, DRB, review on production versions and other projects related meetings and circulate minutes of meeting.
-To support in assigning tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
-Follow up on assigned tasks to different internal teams .
-To present tickets in Engineering RPC meeting and maintain complete tickets tracking sheet.
-To set priority of tasks according to the requirement of the department.
-To review and monitor tickets through OTRS.
-To ensure 24/7 availability.
-To build good relationships with the other departments of the organization.
-To provide support in administrative tasks of the department.

Chargeback Analyst
Location: Lahore
Education: BSCS
Candidates must be willing to work according to US timings (night shift)
Job Description
-Research and understand latest chargebacks related rules and regulations
-Perform in-depth dispute analysis and research
-Take effective and timely decisions on suspicious activities and report cases
-File disputes with networks (Master, VISA etc.)
-Report fraudulent activities to networks (MasterCard, VISA, etc.)
-Client training(s)
-Evaluate current processes and policies; recommend improvements
-Work in day and night shifts to ensure 24/7 operations
Skills
-Knowledge of MC, VISA and DISCOVER network rules will be a plus
-Prior experience in the banking industry would be a plus

We are currently looking for Animator 2D/3D for xIQ, a sister concern of i2c to be based in Lahore (Pakistan).
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in animation and character design.
Education: BA/BSc.
Job Timings: 3pm – 12am
Responsibilities
Developing and animating enabler videos (tutorials, walk throughs, explainers) of the xiQ platform.
Ensure mix of high-quality video and audio, with editing where needed.
Managing content for uploading to YouTube and other content repositories.
Developing and designing characters and animating them for our product and marketing videos.
Incorporating our tone of voice in the marketing and product-based videos.
