Position: Executive – Customer Relations
Role Overview:
- Experienced customer service professional (preferably from the automotive industry) to support and maintain liaison with the call center and dealership customer relations department.
- Efficient handling of customer queries with a customer-first approach.
- Requires strong interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of automotive dealership Sales and After-Sales operations is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- BBA / MBA.
Requirements:
- Minimum 02 to 03 years experience in customer relations management (fresh graduates can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Reporting & Presentation skills.
- Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Position : Executive – Production Planning
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who shall be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling production plans to ensure smooth and efficient operations in line with organizational objectives. This role involves optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, preparing accurate production reports and management presentations, and ensuring effective utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery. The incumbent will also work closely with supply chain and cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of parts, maintain production continuity, and support overall operational excellence within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration
Requirements:
- 2 years plus experience in planning and operations
- ERP Systems (SAP PP and MM Modules)
- Supply chain and inventory management
- Microsoft Savvy (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Data analysis and reporting
