Hunar Foundation Jobs Institute Manager / Principal:
Hunar Foundation is seeking a talented “Institute Manager/Principal” to join its Karachi Campus. The ideal candidate will have a combination of Engineering background and Campus Management experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the campus, maintaining a secure and safe environment, and ensuring that all activities are in line with the Foundation’s mission and vision.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering and at least 6-8 years of experience in campus management, and technical and administrative experience related to institute operations.
The Institute Manager will also be tasked with leading initiatives to ensure the success of the campus, supervising staff, and providing oversight and support for students. In addition, the Institute Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures for the campus, as well as responding to student and personnel issues.
