Job Overview: As the Institute Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the daily operations, academic programs, and administrative functions of our vocational institute. You will be responsible for creating a conducive and welcoming learning environment for our students and ensuring that the institute runs smoothly.
Requirement:
Education: Master’s and above.
Experience: 10 – 12 years of experience, at least 5 years on a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of TVET sector, educational trends, curriculum development, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
