- Ensure all content complies with copyright policies and platform guidelines.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach.
- Monitor video performance and suggest improvements for growth.
- Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely publishing.
- Maintain organized content workflows and publishing schedules.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of experience in VOD, YouTube management, or digital content.
- Strong understanding of YouTube policies, guidelines, and analytics.
- Knowledge of content optimization, metadata, and SEO best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
