Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies.
- Support performance evaluations and training initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records and generate key metrics reports.
