Position: MCR/TX Officer
Location: Islamabad
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control live and pre-recorded content transmission
- Ensure accurate switching of live programs, commercials, promos, and other content
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly
- Schedule content 24 Hours using customized software
- Collaborate with ingest, studio, and other teams for live transmission
- Maintain accurate records and logs of transmission activities
- Create and manage graphics timelines for promotions
- Adhere to broadcast equipment regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Prior experience in MCR operations or a related field (or fresh graduates can apply)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., broadcasting, media, communications)
- Strong knowledge of broadcast technology and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with broadcast software and hardware
