WE ARE HIRING FOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE (MALE)
REQUIREMENT:
- Develope, implement and enforce quality standards in line with GMP & HACCP
- Conduct Routine inspections and internal audits of kitchen and service areas
- Ensure Compliance with Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain and update quality and audit documentation
- collaborate with kitchen and operation teams to maintain consistent quality
- Conduct staff Training
- prepare inspection reports
ELIGIBILITY:
- 6-12 Months in Quality Assurance or a similiar field
- BS in Food Sciences, Food Technology or related field
- Proficiency in Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and Microsoft Office.
