House of Habib Jobs Sr Executive (Raw Material):

House of Habib is seeking a Sr. Executive (Raw Material) for one of its group company Formite
This position will be based at our HUB Plant (pick and drop provided). Following is a brief JD:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requisitions when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control department for material inspection.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage of materials according to their type and handling requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Implement FIFO or other inventory management systems as required.
- Complete the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in the SAP system within two business day of receiving the material.
- Issue raw materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Report and manage any discrepancies, damages, or losses.
- Handle emergency situations and incidents appropriately.
Qualification & Experience;
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business from a reputable university.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
Experience in SAP MM module will be considered an advantage.
