House of Habib is seeking a strategic and growth-driven professional to join as Manager Corporate Sales. The role is based in Karachi and focuses on driving corporate business growth alongside building strong client partnerships nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strategic business development, and key account management, with the ability to deliver measurable growth and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead and manage the corporate sales function, ensuring achievement of revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new corporate accounts, expand existing relationships, and explore untapped markets.
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships with large-scale clients, contractors, and institutional buyers across industries.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation, closure, and post-sale relationship management.
- Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor movements to develop actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, including revenue growth, client retention, pipeline health, and payment collections.
- Prepare and present business intelligence reports and revenue forecasts to senior management, highlighting opportunities and risks.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and corporate forums to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
- Foster trusted partnerships with clients and decision-makers to strengthen business relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, building a high-performance culture driven by accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Corporate or B2B Sales / Business Development, with minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in paper, packaging, building materials, construction, or industrial supplies sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new markets, acquire high-value clients, and deliver revenue growth.
